We offer grass fed beef for sale. All are born on our farm, have never received any growth hormones, and eaten only their mother’s milk, grass, hay, and natural protein supplement.
We will deliver to the processor. Your cost will based per pound, based on hanging weight, to be determined by the processor after slaughter. I estimate hanging weight at 500 lbs, plus or minus. You will provide packing instructions to processor per your preferences (steak thickness, number of cuts per package, etc.)
A deposit will hold your selection until processing. Balance due when hanging weight is available.​
If you would like to see the beef in person on the hoof, let me know and I will arrange it.
Our steers are available throughout the year, as they turn 1.5 -2 years old.
